About Laura

Laura I. Lynas-Gray Integrative Psychotherapist and Psychosocial Consultant
UKCP Accredited | BPS RQTU | MA, PGCIP  | North London & Liverpool Street | Online

Laura's experience spans private practice, the charity sector, and leadership of a neurodiversity pilot with NHS England Improvement Team. She has also worked in business management and the cultural sector.

Having lived across the Asia-Pacific region before relocating to the UK, Laura brings a genuinely global perspective to her practice — informing her work with clients from diverse cultural and minority community backgrounds, and with organisations navigating complex, multicultural environments.

Laura's Approach

Laura works integratively, drawing on relational, psychodynamic, and humanistic frameworks, tailored to each individual rather than applying a single fixed model.

Alongside the therapeutic relationship, Laura incorporates psychoeducation where relevant — helping clients build understanding of their own psychological and neurological processes. For clients exploring neurodivergent traits, this may include work with executive functioning tools, supporting practical strategies around attention, organisation, emotional regulation, and day-to-day functioning.

This approach is offered within individual psychotherapy and within her consultancy work with leaders and organisations — recognising that understanding how the mind works is as valuable in the boardroom as it is in the therapy room.

Laura practises near Liverpool Street and in North London, with online sessions also available. She is committed to inclusive, culturally sensitive practice.
