Neurodiversity Exploration — Non-clinical screening for ADHD, ASD, and AuDHD traits
This is not a formal neurodiversity assessment or diagnostic evaluation. It is an exploratory process using standardised screening tools within a psychotherapeutic and consultancy framework. It cannot and does not produce a clinical diagnosis.
Many adults reach a significant point in life — a career transition, a child's diagnosis, a moment of recognition — and begin to wonder whether neurodivergent traits might help explain patterns they've noticed across their lifetime. A formal diagnostic assessment is one route. But it isn't the only place to start.
Using standardised tools — the kind used in professional and research contexts — this process provides a structured space to explore traits or indicators you may recognise in yourself; an opportunity to consider whether a formal referral might be appropriate and what routes are available; and reflection on what this means for how you live and work, and what you want to do with that understanding.
This is delivered within a psychotherapeutic and consultancy framework — meaning there's depth, continuity, and professional support throughout.
For leaders and executives
Understanding your own cognitive profile — how you process information, sustain focus, approach problems, or experience pressure — can be genuinely transformative for how you lead. Many senior professionals have found that exploring neurodivergent traits has shifted not just self-understanding, but how they build teams, structure their work, and support others. This can be offered as a standalone engagement or as part of broader leadership consultancy.
